RULES AND REGULATIONS
By submitting the application for the Ms. EXXXOTICA Competition, the enterer acknowledges and agrees to be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
You hereby release, unconditionally and forever any claim against Ms. EXXXOTICA, its parent companies and either their respective officers, directors, partners, employees, agents, and assign, which you may have by virtue of your participation in the contest or by any use of your name, likeness voice, and or biography in connection with the contest, including use in promotional and ad advertising material.
You understand and agree that all issues as to eligibility shall be determined by Ms. EXXXOTICA and agree to abide by that determination both as to yourself and other applicants.
You hereby apply for entry into the Ms. EXXXOTICA Contest, and the opportunity to compete in the contest.
You understand and agree that my acceptance as a finalist and your continued consideration for the title of Ms. EXXXOTICA is under the sole and complete discretion of the contest judges.
You understand and agree that if you are selected as the winner, all decisions concerning production, promotion, photographs, programs, appearances and all the other aspects of the Ms. EXXXOTICA Contest, as well as throughout your reign, are solely at the discretion of the contest judges.
You further agree to permit your photograph, voice recording and name to be used, without charge, for all publicity and commercial purpose.
You understand that you are free to withdraw from the competition at any time.
You agree that you will not incur, and are not authorized to incur, any debts on behalf of the Ms. EXXXOTICA Contest.
You understand that you are responsible for travel and lodging expenses. EXXXOTICA Miami will do its best to negotiate reasonable lodging rates for all applicants.
Failure of the winning contestant to comply with any of the terms, provisions, restrictions or obligations hereof shall, at the option of Ms. EXXXOTICA result in entrants disqualification, loss of title and return of any and all prizes awarded.
You hereby certify that you have read this official entry form and agree to be bound by all of the rules and regulations listed. |
